Pricing at 5 Elements is not like other martial arts studios. When you sign up with us, you know precisely what you're paying. Other studios don't post pricing on their websites. Why? Because they want to pressure you into something that might not fit your needs.
We're only interested in one thing: our students' development. We'll give you the best instruction possible, and if you don't like it, let us know by the 10th of the month. That's it. No gimmicks. No bait and switch. Just straightforward pricing. Scroll down to see it.
Are there sign-up fees?
Yes. There is a $50 registration fee, and you are required to purchase a uniform ($60) to participate in regular classes. Other than that, the pricing you see here is what you will pay every month - no extra fees attached!
Can I change my credit card / bank account?
Of course! Just click here. Try and do it before the next month, otherwise we might not have time to change it and will charge the old account.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Upgrading: Getting serious about their training - we like it! Just click here to upgrade - it will automatically apply to their next payment.
Downgrading: See our cancellation policy - the same timeline applies for downgrading your plan.
What if I want to go on vacation? Can I pause my plan?
Of course! (We're jealous... can we fit in your suitcase?) If you're on a monthly plan, just fill out this form to skip a month. On a multi-month plan? We don't pro-rate these, so let us know before your next renewal so we can discuss with you.
What's the cancellation policy?
It's pretty simple. Let us know the month before you want to cancel (by the 10th of that month), and you'll be good to go. You'll have to fill out the cancellation form, but don't worry - it's not complicated and helps us understand how to do better next time. Keep in mind that our cancellation terms & conditions do apply if you don't cancel in time for the next month (but they're pretty straightforward too).
Can I use Charter School Funds?
Yes. 5 Elements is a vendor with the following Charter School:

When will I be billed?
We bill our members on the 1st of the month. If you sign up during the month, we'll pro-rate your tuition for the remaining days if you're sign up for the Silver or Gold plan. Bronze Plan sign-ups can make up the classes.
If you sign up for a annual plan, you will be billed once a year on the first of the month you signed up in. Quarterly plan? Once every 3 months on the 1st.
What happens when you're closed?
You are welcome to make-up the class(es) on alternative class times for the appropriate age group. Just because we celebrate Thanksgiving doesn't mean you have to miss classes!
What makes 5 Elements different from other martial arts studios?
We are unique in two ways. First, we don't just concentrate on the martial arts development. Our instructors focus on developing the student as a whole person - body, mind, and spirit. It is our goal that each student not only learns how to defend themselves but also learns important life lessons.
Second, we strive to be clear and upfront about our policies & pricing. Most martial arts studios have tricky cancellation policies or confusing pricing. Our pricing is very simple - just three plans to choose from, and you'll get reminders each month about what's going on at the studio.
